Terms of Service

Effective: August 24, 2026

SyntexBuild is a business call-intake and booking tool. It is not an emergency response service and does not provide trade, safety, medical, or legal advice. Customers remain responsible for their services, schedules, personnel, emergency procedures, caller notices, and compliance obligations.

Founding offer

The founding plan is CA$149 per month with 200 voice minutes, CA$0.60 per additional minute, and CA$299 guided onboarding. It is month-to-month and includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee as stated in the signed order form.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use the service for unlawful calls, deceptive impersonation, harassment, unsolicited marketing, emergency-service replacement, or collection of information they are not authorized to process.

Availability and AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Customers must configure human escalation and review bookings. Service levels, support commitments, data processing terms, liability limits, and cancellation terms are governed by the signed customer agreement.

These launch terms are a working draft and must be reviewed by Canadian counsel before accepting public customers.
